L machine stabiliser handle
M lock nut for fastening handle L
During operation the machine must rest stably on the floor. Use the handle on the left hand
side of the machine (L, fig.4) to level the machine so that it stands in a stable position on
the ground. Once the machine is stable, fasten the handle L with the lock nut M (fig.4).
Fit the threaded hub on the spin shaft using the hex wrench.
Ground fixing of the machine
The machine may be secured to the floor as follows:
- unscrew the M8x60 hexagonal head screws securing the machine to the pallet;
- remove the plastic washers present between the body and the L-shaped brackets: the
same brackets are used for fixing the machine to the ground;
- refit the brackets on the machine in their original positions without locking the screws;
- Place the machine on the ground in the chosen position, making sure that the surround-
ing spaces are at least those indicated in fig. 3;
- Mark the position for drilling on the floor;
- drill in the marked position then take the Fischer M8 supplied and insert it into the
drilled holes;
- Secure the machine to the floor by fastening the L bracket (on left hand side of the
machine) and the two points on the machine base to the anchors, using the relative
screws and washers (fig.5);
- Tighten the screw fastening the machine to the casing.
