Application

The NSG-9200 Grain Silo filler was designed to fill polyethylene bags with grains safely and
economically. It high level operating capacity, plus its storage option for crops, helps you to avoid high
overhead and high costs of cutting the harvest, making it possible for the producer to commercialize at
the optimal time based on market conditions.
WARNING!
"This machine is not recommended for processing rice, as it will prematurely wear out, due to the
abrasive worm gear operation. Thus, if the user uses it for such a purpose, the user will be completely
liable".

Operation

The grains are placed into the hopper and flow by
gravity until the worm gear, where they will be
moved into the bag. As the product is deposited
inside the bag, the tractor pushes it forward,
stretching the bag until it is full.
'The braking pressure of the wheels on the Grain
silo filler controls the density of the product inside
the bag.

Actuation

The NSG-9200 is actuated by the power take-off
on agricultural tractors, with a power supply of at
least 25 hp, rotating at 540 rpm.
