Safety
- Read the instructions manual before turning on the machine. Pay attention and respect all the
operating and safety recommendations while operating the machine. SHARE THIS INFORMATION
WITH ALL OTHER USERS.
- Do not operate the machine while or after drinking alcoholic beverages or medications which affect
your normal condition. Pay attention to what you are doing and use your good sense. Any lack of
attention while operating the machine can result In a serious accident.
- Disconnect from the power take-off, the tractor motor, and remove the key from the ignition before
performing any adjustment, lubrication, or any maintenance job on the machine. Never try to perform
any repairs while the machine is turned on. Always pay complete attention!
- Before turning on the machine, check to see if there are no tools or any other object on it.
- Look around the machine before operating it. Keep animals and spectators at a safe distance, away
from the power supply area. Pay special attention to any children nearby.
- Dress appropriately for operating the machine. Keep long hair tied up and do not wear loose-fitting
clothing. Remove rings, chains, and any other objects which can become stuck in the moving parts or
mechanisms.
- Wear personal protective equipment - PPE while operating the machine. Exposure to noise for
prolonged period can cause hearing damage or loss. Wear earplugs and safety glasses.
- Never try to clean or unblock the worm gear while the machine is turned on. This type of procedure
can only be done while the power take-off is disconnected, the key is removed from the ignition, and
the machine is completely motionless.
- Never try to open the machine while it is operating.
- Never touch the belts, worm gear, or any other moving part while the machine is on. Keep your hands
away from moving parts and components.
- Keep the safety labels in good condition and legible. Replace them whenever necessary.
-Keep the shields and protections in the proper places and do not operate the machine without them.
- It is prohibited for people to stand on any part of the machine while operating. Whenever it is
necessary to get on the machine for any adjustment or repair, disconnect the power take-off from the
tractor and wait until the components/parts are completely motionless.
- Moving parts, due to inertia, continue moving even after the machine is turned off. Before touching
any part, disconnect from its actuation source, look, and listen to make sure there is no movement.
Only touch a part when you are sure, it is motionless. Always pay attention!
- Do not place the machine on cement blocks, hollow bricks, or other supports which can crush from a
prolonged weight load.
