Safety
- Do not work under a machine lifted by only jacks; always use a safe support base.
- If you notice any abnormality in the operation: vibrations, different noises etc., turn off the machine
immediately. Check and eliminate the cause before turning on again.
- Never operate the machine in closed surroundings and without any ventilation, the gases released
from the tractor motor are highly toxic to your health.
- Do not use the driveshaft without the safety shield installed.
- The tractor must always be maneuverable. Place enough counterweights on the tractor, so that the
front tires stay in firm contact with the ground.
- Be especially careful when coupling and detaching the machine from the tractor. Pay attention to the
coupling pins to make sure they are latched. Always use the cotter pins to avoid the pins from releasing
accidentally.
- Be especially careful when operating on sloped terrain. If you notice any imbalanced signs, reduce
acceleration. Keep the tractor transmission always engaged when going down slopes.
- When driving the tractor with the machine on public roadways, obey the current valid legislation
regarding the maximum height and width for transport. Pay close attention to the height of the load,
especially when going under overpasses.
- Never leave the tractor when the machine is turned on. Stop the motor, disconnect the power take-off,
engage the parking brake, and remove the ignition key before leaving.
- When maneuvering the machine connected to the tractor, make sure there is enough space to
perform the movements.
- Always adapt the tractor speed to the local conditions. Avoid making sharp or sudden turns on sloped
locations. When towing a load which is heavier than the tractor, do not exceed 16 km/hour.
- Using this equipment for applications not mentioned in this manual and considered as unacceptable
and unauthorized by the manufacturer; adaptations or replacing after-market parts causing a negative
impact on its operation, or endanger the operator will revoke the manufacturer's guarantee.
- Be prepared for any possible accident. Keep a first-aid kit on hand and easily accessible and know
how to use it.
- Comply with safety recommendations and pay close attention. Any lack of attention during the
operation may result in accidents.
