BELTS
Periodically check the actuation belts and keep
them properly tightened.
NOTE:
Loose belts slip and can cause heating from the
friction, thereby causing premature wear. On the
contrary, belts which are too tight will shorten the
useful lifetime of the belts and overload parts of
the transmission (axles, ball bearings etc.). The
ideal tighteness is the lightest tension making the
belt work properly, without slippage.
STRETCHING THE BELTS
1- Loosen the lock-nut B;
2- Turn the nut C to stretch the belts;
3- Then retighten lock-nut B.

ALIGNING THE PULLEYS
NSG-9200 is equipped with a system for easy
alignment of the pulleys. Whenever necessary,
align the pulleys by using nuts D and E (fig.64).

Replace worn, parched, or damaged belts.
Keep them free of oil or grease.
Pay special attention to new belts during the first
48 hours of operation, by tightening them
whenever necessary.
