Lubrication

GREASE LUBRICATION POINTS:
We recommend periodic inspections and using
good quality grease lubricant, lithium soap base
classified as NGLI rating 2.
Clean the grease fittings before lubricating.
1- DRIVESHAFT (fig,66);
Lubricate the driveshaft brackets every 10 hours
of operation and the bars every 18 hours of
operation.

01 grease fitting, lubricate every 50 hours.

Changing the brake fluid

Fill the brake system with fluid whenever
necessary. We recommend changing it every
two harvest seasons.
Recommended fluid:
Brake fluid NBR 9292 - DOT4.
Capacity of system: 1 liter.
FLUID CHANGE PROCEDURES:
Important recommendations:
- Place the machine on a flat location;
- After changing the fluid, bleed the brakes as
described in the instructions in this manual;
- Use a piece of plastic hose on hand (about 50
cm long), the diameter must correspond to the
bleeding nozzle and a clean jar with a little bit of
new brake fluid.
