8.6 Special Remarks for Use
with Two Cranes
Spreader beam with two suspension eyes, suspension
rings or similar.
General safety precautions
• The crane hooks must be adjusted to the suspension
ring /eye. Please see the overview of suitable crane
hooks according to DIN 15 401 from table 6.7.
• Mind synchronised lifting movement when lifting the
spreader beam!
• The center of gravity of the load must lie directly
below the center of the spreader beam.
Specific remarks for this model
8.6.1 The load must be attached to both crane hooks
and the crane hooks must be locked.
If the load is attached to only one
crane hook, the load can fall down.
Thus persons can be hurt severely
and machines can be damaged.

8.6.2 Make sure that both crane hooks are always driv-
en synchronically in all lifting and driving movements.
If one crane hook is accelerated
faster than the other, the load can fall
down. Thus, persons can be hurt

• The crane hook must be adjusted to the suspension

Specific remarks for this model
8.7.1 Both suspension rings must be suspended at the
crane hook and locked.
If the load is suspended at only one
suspension ring, the load can fall
down. Thus, persons can be hurt
severely and machines can be
damaged.
DANGER
If your fingers are in the area of the
suspension during attachment and
lifting, there is the danger of finger
crushing.
CAUTION
