Lubrication
Routine and adequate lubrication is the best guarantee to achieve good operation and long-lasting
durability of your equipment, as well as these factors cut costs and reduces maintenance needs. The
recommended intervals must consider the normal operating conditions. We recommend performing
periodic inspections and use clean and good quality lubricants.
Lubricating with grease:
Lubricate the recommended following places using a grease gun. Use special grease for ball bearings,
lithium soap base, NLGI 2 EP classification.
Before lubricating, clean the grease fittings well as to avoid contaminating the grease.
Replace damaged grease fittings.
The following table shows some greasing recommendations:
1- DRIVESHAFT
The brackets and bars: lubricate after every 10 operating hours.
2- TRANSMISSION (GEARS)
02 grease fittings: lubricate after every 10 operating hours.
3- TRANSMISSION (BEARINGS)
02 grease fittings: lubricate after every 10 operating hours.
