SYMPTOM
Knot only in the cord
on
the upper side.
It does not tie or the
knot
has such short ends
that
they slip outside the
loop.

CAUSE
1- Needle in the incorrect
position.
2- Cord catcher
desregulated.
3- Low tension in the
cords.
1- Tension very low at
the support of the knot-
maker.
2- Support of the
knotmaker very worn.
3- A lot of tension in the
retaining clamp.
Instructions Manual
PROCEDURE
1- Adjust the position of
the needle in the
respective support.
2- Adjust the position of
the cord related to the
bale channel.
3- Increase the tension in
the springs of the cord
box.
1- Increase the tension in
the tongue of the support
of the knotmaker.
2- Replace the support
of the knotmaker.
3- Loosen the springs of
the retaining clamp.
