MAINTENANCE DE LA LAVEUSE-SÉCHEUSE

CAUTION!
ENSURE THAT THE SCRUBBER-DRYER IS NOT POWERED BEFORE PER-
FORMING ANY MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS. PROCEED AS FOLLOWS:
•
Stop brush and suction rotation by pressing the relevant buttons
located on the start-up panel.
•
Turn the ignition switch to "0" and then remove the key.
•
Move the lifting lever (A) to lift the squeegee.
Removing and replacing the brush
•
Tilt the scrubber-dryer by its handlebar (B) (as shown in the picture) to
lift the front side of the machine (brush deck).
•
Perform a snap movement (clockwise or anticlockwise) to unlock brush
1 from its triangle mount (C).
The machine is designed with both the "manual" and "automatic" modes for fi t-
ting a new brush. Follow the instructions below to carry out one of the two pro-
cedures:
(manual procedure for "machine with or without drive system")
•
To lock the brush on the deck, couple the triangle (D) of brush 1 to the
triangle mount (C) of the deck and perform a snap movement again in
the opposite direction than the one described above.
(automated procedure for "machine with no drive system")
•
Move the machine base on brush 1 (as shown in the picture) and place
it in line with the triangle (D) of the brush. Push the button of brush 2
repeatedly on the unstable part 2a (upper) to couple the brush triangle
(D) with the triangle on the deck (C). The brush is now secured.

¡CUIDADO!
COMPROBAR QUE NO HAYA TENSIÓN ELÉCTRICA ANTES DE REALI-
ZAR TAREAS DE MANTENIMIENTO EN LA FREGADORA-SECADORA, Y
PROCEDER COMO SE INDICA A CONTINUACIÓN:
•
Presionar los pulsadores correspondientes colocados en el tablero
de encendido para interrumpir la rotación de los cepillos y la aspi-
ración.
•
Girar la llave del interruptor de encendido en «0» y retirarla.
•
Elevar la boquilla de secado actuando en la palanca correspondiente (A).
Desmontaje y sustitución del cepillo
•
Inclinar (como se muestra en la fi gura) la fregadora-secadora agarrando
el manillar (B) para levantar la parte delantera (base del cepillo).
•
Desbloquear el cepillo 1 del soporte triangular (C) realizando un movi-
miento de golpe (horario y anti horario) y retirarlo.
Para instalar un nuevo cepillo, la máquina cuenta con dos procedimientos, el
«manual» o el «automático». A continuación se indican los pasos que hay que
seguir para llevar a cabo los dos procedimientos:
(solución manual «máquina con y sin tracción»)
•
Acoplar el triángulo (D) del cepillo 1 con el «soporte» triangular (C) de la
base y realizar otra vez un movimiento de golpe en sentido contrario a
lo descrito anteriormente para desbloquearlo.
(solución automática «máquina sin tracción»)
•
Desplazar la base de la máquina arriba del cepillo 1 como se muestra en
la fi gura y apoyarla en línea con el triángulo (D) del cepillo. Actuando
en el pulsador del cepillo 2, presionar dando golpes la parte inestable
2a (superior) del mismo hasta acoplar el triángulo (D) del cepillo con el
triángulo (C) de la base. El cepillo está así bien instalado.

ATTENTION !
S'IL FAUT EFFECTUER DES OPÉRATIONS DE MAINTENANCE SUR LA
LAVEUSE-SÉCHEUSE, S'ASSURER QU'ELLE N'EST PAS SOUS TENSION,
PUIS PROCÉDER COMME SUIT :
•
Arrêter la rotation des brosses et l'aspiration en appuyant sur ses bou-
tons situés sur la console de démarrage.
•
Tourner la clé de l'interrupteur de démarrage sur la position « 0 » et l'ex-
traire.
•
Soulever la raclette au moyen du levier de levage (A).
Démontage et remplacement de la brosse
•
Incliner (comme sur la fi gure) la laveuse-sécheuse à l'aide du guidon (B)
pour soulever l'avant (socle brosse).
•
Débloquer la brosse 1 du support en triangle (C) en eff ectuant un mou-
vement sec (horaire ou antihoraire) et l'enlever.
Pour installer une nouvelle brosse, la machine est prévue pour deux manières,
celle « manuelle» ou celle « automatique », pour eff ectuer l'une de ces procédures,
il faut procéder comme suit :
(solution manuelle « machine avec et sans traction »)
•
Coupler le triangle (D) de la brosse 1 au « support » en triangle (C) du
socle et exécuter de nouveau un mouvement sec dans le sens opposé à
celui indiqué ci-dessus pour la bloquer.
(solution automatique « machine sans traction »)
•
Amener le socle de la machine au-dessus de la brosse 1, comme indi-
qué sur la fi gure, le poser au niveau du triangle (D) de la brosse. Par le
bouton de la brosse 2 appuyer par impulsions sur la partie instable 2a
(supérieure) de celui-ci afi n d'eff ectuer le couplage entre le triangle (D)
de la brosse et le triangle (C) sur le socle, la brosse est alors fi xée.
