of this warranty and agrees, in the event of a dispute
or litigation with EUROSETS, not to make claims
based on alleged or proven changes or alterations
made to the warranty by anyone contrary to and/or
in addition to what has been agreed upon herein.
The relationship between the parties to the contract
(even if not stipulated in writing) for which this
warranty is granted, as well as any dispute related
thereto or connected therewith, as well as any
relationship or dispute regarding this warranty,
its interpretation and execution, nothing excluded
and/or reserved, are exclusively governed by Italian
legislation and jurisdiction.
Any disputes shall exclusively be settled by the
Court of Modena (Italy).
