Help in the event of faults
Service work should only be carried out by authorised specialist staff.
Defective components should only be replaced with original parts.
Please check first of all whether there has been an operating error. You yourself can eliminate some faults.
In the event of after-sales service and when ordering replacement parts give the data set out in the identifi-
cation plate (see page 18).

Possible cause
Defective fuse at the building end. Check fuse and repair if need be.
ON/OFF switch defective.
Mains connection cable or
mains plug defective.
Indicator light defective.
Circuit defective.
Cover (stainless steel cover) not
closed and locked correctly.
Excessive amount of heat loss
owing to a damaged seal on the
stainless steel cover.
Action
Disconnect appliance from the mains and
have it checked and repaired if need be by
authorised specialist staff.
Take appliance out of operation and have
it checked and repaired if need be by
authorised specialist staff.
Close and lock cover.
Replace seal.
