Calculating the stacker capacity
All leading manufacturers give the necessary data for calculating the interme-
diate stack height in the following manner:
H
= height of one item of crockery
1
H
= height of 11 items of crockery
11
The intermediate stack height H
H
= (H
- H
) / 10
z

Example:
If for example H
= 178 mm and H
11
height (H
) of 14.6 mm.
z
Together with the stack height H
per column can be calculated:
K
= (H
- H
) / H
S
1
z
Beispiel:
A stack height H
= 654 mm and H
S
This result should be divided by the intermediate stack height H
which gives 42. To determine the capacity K it is then only necessary to add
on one item of crockery and to multiply the sum by the number of columns.
So for this example the capacity is 43 items per column. The total capacity of
the stacker is 86 items.
Before the appliance is put into operation it must be clean and dry.
Observe the safety instructions from page 20 onwards.
The cover locks must be locked during use, since the exiting hot air heats
the sides of the CNS-covers to such a high temperature, that there is the
risk of the operator being burned.
Switch on the appliance
Close and lock the covers to avoid heat losses.
If the covers are not closed, the wax takes longer to become liquid or re-
mains solid.
Insert appliance plug into a suitable socket with an earth contact.
Only use the plug connection provided for this. The appliance should not
be operated with a damaged connecting lead or other visible damage.
Switch on the appliance with the ON/OFF switch.
The display integrated in the switch lights up when the equipment is ready
for use, the equipment heats up at full power.

heat-retaining trays with a starting temperature of 20 °C
must be heated for approx. 3 hours at full power and with the covers closed in
order to ensure that all the wax in the heat-retaining trays is completely melted.
When using pellets from different manufacturers the necessary heating times
and temperatures can deviate from the said values.
The liquid state of aggregation of the wax can be tested during the heating
process by wearing a heat-resistant glove and taking hold of and carefully
shaking a heat-retaining tray. Sloshing noises coming from inside indicate that
the wax has melted.
is calculated using the following formula:
z
= 32 mm this gives an intermediate stack

of the stacker the capacity K of the stacker
S
+ 1
= 32 mm gives 622 mm.
