Replacing batteries
If the segments of the battery symbol light up
yellow, the batteries or the rechargeable batteries in
the torque and angle wrench are no longer full.
However, you may continue working.
When the remaining segments of the battery
symbol light up red, the batteries or the
rechargeable batteries in the torque and angle
wrench are almost spent.
Cause
The torque and angle wrench has
been overloaded.
The set calibration interval has
expired.
The batteries are spent.

Remedy
Calibrate the torque and angle
wrench using suitable equipment,

contained in the torque and angle wrench for
longer than 5 minutes, the time has to be
synchronised with the PC using the installed
software following battery replacement.
Make new batteries or charged rechargeable
batteries ready.
Exchange the rechargeable batteries for charged
ones or insert new batteries as described on
page 23.
