Operating principle
This type of machine is designed to only dry and iron flat laundry items such as sheets or
tablecloths.
By laying the laundry flat on the infeed table at the front of the machine, the laundry is
automatically fed to the drying cylinder by the infeed belts.
Then, the passage of the laundry under the pressure roller surrounded by the fleece provides
a first pressing operation using constant and self-regulating pressure depending on the
thickness of the laundry using a compensating spring system.
Drying-ironing is carried out using "Nomex" quality bands and a heated cylinder.
Once dry and ironed, the laundry is automatically directed to the outfeed tray by metal spring
slats with teflon, these slats are extended by teflon pads to prevent any marks on the bands.
The laundry exits, dry, ironed and perfectly pressed for faultless holding and presentation.
The machine is controlled using a touch screen used to manage the programmes, speed and
temperature, and the various options.
