Preventive Maintenance
CAUSE/SOLUTION
The safety table (finger guard) has been triggered. If the
problem persists, check the safety table electric contacts
in the left and right frames.
The handle safety has been triggered, the red plate is not
in the correct position. If the problem persists, check the
electric contact in the right frame.
The GAS igniter has detected a missing flame, check if
the installation GAS inlet valve is open.
The pressure switch contact has opened during operation
or is closed at the start of the cycle. The evacuation
duct(s) is (are) too long or fouled. If the error occurs at the
first start-up, check the fan motor rotation direction. If the
error occurs at start-up, there may be an extractor running
in the evacuation ducts, which is sufficient to close the
pressure switch contact.

first start-up, check the fan motor rotation direction. If the

One of the fan motor thermal relays has tripped. They are
manual reset devices and are located in the electric part
(left frame). Clean the fans and check the motors.
temperature
(safety
The cylinder temperature is above 205°C. It is a manual
reset device and is located in the electric part (left frame).
The cylinder motor drive has a fault (visible on the variable
drive display). Check the drive motor.
sensor
NTC1
The NTC1 temperature sensor is disconnected or
defective.
This message appears when the hour counter (defined in
the maintenance menu) is reached, notifying that
preventive maintenance on the machine is required.
