PROTECTIVE DEVICES ADOPTED

INDIVIDUAL MEANS OF PROTECTION TO BE USED

When operating the Rotary blades vacuum pump, it is necessary to use the individual means of protection
prescribed by the Manufacturer of the machine on which the Rotary blades vacuum pump has been installed.

SOLUTION
Replace blades
Disassemble the rotary blades vacuum pump, clean
and wash the rotor, the blades and the body.
Eliminate infiltrations
Smooth or replace the body
Remove reversing gear and position it correctly
Add a gasket to the back flange
Replace the pins supplied between body and flange
for alignment
Unlocking
Reduce pressure
Reduce rate of revs
Reduce operating time
Trim blades to correct size
Check oil level in tank, oil pump operation, setting
of oil tap
Wash and blow the filter cartridge
Wash and blow the filter
Increase rate of revs
Clean the rotary blades pump and replace the oil
Check valves
Adjust lubrication
