3.5 - DEINSTALLATION
The rotary blades vacuum pump must be disinstalled using the following procedure:
1) stop the PTO;
2) remove the drive belts;
3) remove the connection tube that unites the rotary blades
vacuum pump to the tank car by loosening the metal clamp
and sliding the tube from the sleeve;
4) remove any hydraulic or pneumatic connections;
5) remove the screws and disassemble the rotary blades
vacuum pump.
3.6 - DISASSEMBLY
3.6.1 - REMOVING FAN FRONT PART
1) Remove the driven pulley and the key.
2) Remove the fan front closure protection.
3) Remove the fan.
4) Remove the upper guard and lower guard.
5) Remove the front cover of the flange;
6) Remove the seeger ring from the front pin;
7) Remove the screws from the front flange.
8) Use two screws to be tightened into the threaded extraction holes to
remove the front flange.
9) Extract from the body the rotor together with the front flange;
10) Remove the rotor from the front flange via press.

and sliding the tube from the sleeve;
4) remove any hydraulic or pneumatic connections;
5) remove the screws and disassemble the rotary blades
vacuum pump.
1) Disassemble the hydraulic motor from its support.
2) Remove the hydraulic motor support.
3) Remove the clamping screw located inside the connecting sleeve.
4) Remove the transmission sleeve.
5) Remove the seeger ring from the front pin;
6) Remove the screws from the front flange.
7) Use two screws to be tightened into the threaded extraction holes to
remove the front flange.
8) Extract from the body the rotor together with the front flange;
9) Remove the rotor from the front flange via press.
