CONTROLLO TARATURA INIETTORI
Presso una Officina autorizzata VM controllare che
la taratura degli iniettori sia a specifica.
CONTROLLO CANDELETTE
Presso una Officina autorizzata VM controllare la
funzionalità delle candelette.
SOSTITUZIONE CARTUCCIA FILTRO ARIA
Svitare il dado laterale del coperchio filtro.
Smontare l'elemento filtrante.
SOSTITUZIONE LIQUIDO REFRIGERANTE
(vedi pag. 4-6)
L'OPERAZIONE IN OGNI CASO
DEVE ESSERE
OGNI 24 MESI PRESSO UNA
OFFICINA AUTORIZZATA VM.
Svuotamento del circuito:
nei motori il cui radiatore è provvisto di rubinetto di
svuotamento, è sufficiente allentare quest'ultimo
ed aprire il tappo di introduzione del liquido di
raffreddamento. (Fig. 7.9)
Per i motori il cui radiatore è sprovvisto di rubinetto,
si deve allentare una delle due fascette che stringono
il manicotto in gomma presente nella parte bassa
del radiatore (fig. 7.9b).
Sfilarlo leggermente fino a permettere al liquido di
fuoriuscire.
È severamente proibito disperdere il liquido
nell'ambiente, per lo smaltimento vedi pagina 4-
14.

CONTROLE DU TARAGE DES INJECTEURS
S'adresser à un Garage agréé VM pour vérifier
que le tarage des injecteurs est conforme à la
spécification.
CONTROLE DES BOUGIES
Contrôler la fonctionnalité des bougies dans un
atelier agréé VM.
REPLACEMENT CARTOUCHE FILTRE A AIR
Dévissez l'écrou latéral du couvercle du filtre.
Démontez l'élément filtrant.
REPLACEMENT LIQUIDE DE
MENT (voir. p. 4-6)
EFFETTUATA
Vidage du circuit :
Pour les moteurs avec radiateur équipé de robinet
de vidange : dévisser celui-ci et ouvrir le bouchon
d'introduction du liquide de refroidissement. (Fig.7.9)
Pour les moteurs avec radiateur sans robinet :
desserrer l'un des deux colliers de serrage du
manchon en caoutchouc présent dans la partie
basse du radiateur, puis le déboîter légèrement
jusqu'à ce que le liquide puisse s'écouler. (Fig.
7.9b)
Il est strictement interdit de disperser le liquide
dans l'environnement. Pour l'évacuation se
reporter à la page 4-14.

CHECKING INJECTOR SETTING
Check that the setting of the injectors complies
with specifications at a VM-approved garage.
CHECKING THE GLOWPLUGS
Check the functioning of the glow plugs at an
authorised VM workshop.
CHANGE AIR CLEANER CARTRIDGE
Unscrew nut on the air cleaner cover and remove the
filter element.
CHANGE COOLANT MIXTURE
(see page 4-6)
MUST BE PERFORMED AT
LEAST ONCE EVERY 24 MONTHS
IN ANY EVENT,
AUTHORIZED WORKSHOP VM.
Emptying the circuit:
In the motors whose radiator is provided with an
emptying cap, just loosen the latter and open the
cooling liquid pouring cap. (Fig.7.9)
For the motors whose radiator is without a cap,
loosen one of the two bands present on the lower
part of the radiator that hold the rubber hose. (Fig
7.9b)
Undo do it slightly until the liquid can pour out.
It is severely forbidden to disperse the liquid
into the environment. For its disposal see page
4-14.
