of the screen. The battery icon will contain three horizontal bars when
indicating full charge, two when indicating medium charge, one for low
charge, and no indicators in the icon when the battery is fully depleted, not
connected, or communication is not detected between the Control Room and
Scan Room Units.
If only one bar is displayed, the system will complete any injection that is in
progress. However, the system may not be able to initiate or complete a new
single or multi arm injection, the forward and reverse controls on the injector
head may not function and system communications may be lost.
If the Low Charge or Fully Depleted icons are displayed, allow the battery to
charge. If Low Charge or Fully Depleted icons are still displayed after
charging, then the battery is no longer holding a charge or the Integrated
Continuous Battery Charging System has been removed from line power. If,
after charging, either icon appears, check the Integrated Continuous Battery
Charging System status indicator on the Control Room Unit as described
above and verify the system has not been removed from line power. If the
system is receiving power, but the battery charge remains low or depleted,
call Bayer for a battery replacement.
