Spare Parts

INSTRUCTIONS:
In order to facilitate the search and accelerate the shipment of spare parts, always inform the following:
- Model (1) and Serial Number (2) of the machine. This data is found on the identification plate of the
machine, placed on the right side of the wagon. If you do not inform the serial number of the machine,
your spare part order will not be processed.
- Load capacity of the machine in m³.
- Part code and description (see the part catalog).
- Number of parts.
- Exact address of the requestor, company name, CNPJ/MF (company registration number), and the
eventual contact person who will receive the merchandise.
- Shipping method (in case this is not specified, Nogueira reserves the right to decide on their own
criterion regarding the shipment method and the most convenient shipping company).
- Except for a different agreement, the merchandise will only be shipped after pre-payment or
guaranteed reimbursement.
