PROBLEMS
- The rear blade does not move when actuated
- The mixing phase takes longer than normal
and strains the tractor
- The transmission of the machine is noisier
than normal

SOLUTIONS
Check if the valve below the right side cylinder
is open
Check by disengaging the driveshaft from the
tractor, check the sharpness of the thread
blade. If necessary replace them as described
in this manual.
Check, when the machine is turned off and the
driveshaft is disengaged from the tractor, if the
space between the thread blade and the
counter-blade in the bottom is over 2 mm.
Check, when the machine is turned on and the
driveshaft is disengaged from the tractor, if all
the parts submitted to strain are well-lubricated
Check if the routine maintenance cycle has
been performed
Check the oil level or the reducers
Check, when the machine is turned off and the
driveshaft is disengaged from the tractor, if the
chains are adjusted correctly
