PRÉ-DELIVERY
Before the machine is delivered to the final customer, it is NECESSARY to perform the
following verifications. Each checked item means the verification has been performed.
q Verify the integrity of the machine and check if no components/parts are damaged or
missing before shipment.
q Verify if all the screws are installed and properly tightened.
q Verify if there is any damage in all the dynamic-oil components/parts (hydraulic) (oil
leakage, piping without defects, improper fittings etc).
q Verify the oil level in the gear reducer assembly and in the tank (fill as recommended
in the following pages, whenever indicated).
q Verify the mechanical parts if they are well lubricated, using a lubricator.
q Verify the tightness of the tire nuts and the inflation pressure.
q Verify if all the shields and SAFETY labels are in their proper place and applied
properly.
q Verify if the model and serial number of the machine corresponds to the identification
plate, as described in the following pages, and if the machine is in order as stated on the
bill of lading.
q Verify if the driveshaft covers (are free and they must not turn by the axle).
q Verify if all the moving mechanical parts are well adjusted and turn freely (discharge
conveyor, thread blade etc).
DELIVERY
The following checklist MUST be verified jointly with the customer when the machine is
delivered (AT DELIBERY TIME). Each checked item means the verification has been
performed.
q The machine has been verified with the customer making sure it adheres to the bill of
lading.
q The "Operation and Maintenance Manual" was delivered to the customer and
explained to the respective personnel the correct operating procedures BEFORE starting
it operation.
q The SAFETY measures, as described in the manual, were explained and reviewed
with the customer.
q All the safety shielding covers and operating commands were explained and reviewed.
q The "GOOD STANDARD PROCEDURES FOR CORRECT USAGE OF THE MIXER
WAGON" were explained and reviewed with the customer.
q The routine maintenance procedures for extending the useful life of the machine were
explained and reviewed with the customer.
q The correct operating methods were explained and reviewed with the customer.
q The chapter related to problem solving was explained and reviewed with the customer.
q The booklet with additional information, on how to use the weighing scale was
explained and reviewed with the customer.
