7) After moving a few meters, stop, disengage the driveshaft. Reconnect the operation of the driveshaft
and actuate the thread blades of the mixer for a few minutes to conclude the mixing.
8) To spread the product in the feed trough, activate the control of the conveyor discharge (optional, or
lower the conveyor manually) and after the opening of the door until the desired height.
9) Conclude the discharge phase, close the door by pressing the respective button, wait for the
conveyor to be completely empty before pressing the button for stopping the conveyor.
10) After finishing the work, park the wagon couple to the tractor on a solid surface (terrain) and
possibly flat, engage the hand brake of the tractor and lower the rear blade and the milling machine, in
case the mixer wagon is uncoupled to the tractor, lower the base foot using the appropriate shim.
Release the driveshaft and latch the lever, in the case of a mechanical base foot.
NOTE: In the case of loading fibrous ingredients (using a wheel loader or another adequate
means), place the bail in an open and accessible place. During the opening of the bail, wear
an appropriate anti-dust protector, for example, a safety mask to protect against the dust.
IMPORTANT:
If during the milling operation, the milling machine jams, perform the following:
- Release the milling machine control so that it returns to the middle position.
- Reduce the rotation of the driveshaft to 200-300 rpm.
- Lift the milling machine 20-30 cm.
- Invert the rotation direction of the milling machine for a few seconds. (Remember,
always invert the rotation only when the milling machine is motionless).
If necessary to repeat this last operation, then stopping the driveshaft is recommended, move the
machine forwards, turn off the tractor and verify the cause of the abnormal operation (foreign bodies,
blades are missing or the blades are not sharp, excessive speed in the discharge from the milling
machine etc).
IMPORTANT:
Before leaving the machine, always remove the keys from the tractor ignition.

If you need to store the machine, after cleaning the bottom of the bin, place it on a flat, stable, and
compact surface. Lower the foot base and place shims to block the tires.

NOTE: If the machine is not operated for 2/3 days, disconnect it
the power connector of the wagon from the tractor battery, so that
the tractor battery does not discharge.
