- Utilizzare solo cavi di prolungamento ammessi e contrassegnati.
- Salvaguardare il cavo da temperature elevate, lubrificanti e spigoli vivi.
Evitare inoltre attorcigliamenti e annodature del cavo.
- Non far toccare il cavo, con spina inserita, a bambini ed estranei.
- Se l'inserimento di un motovibratore su di una macchina fosse causa
di superamento del livello sonoro, stabilito dalle norme vigenti nel
Paese di utilizzo, è necessario che gli addetti si muniscano di protezioni
adatte, tipo cuffie, per la salvaguardia dell'udito.
- Anche se i motovibratori sono progettati per funzionare a bassa
temperatura d'esercizio, in ambienti particolarmente caldi la tempera-
tura dei motovibratori può raggiungere elevate temperature indotte
dall'ambiente stesso.
Attendere pertanto il raffreddamento prima di intervenire sul
motovibratore (Fig. 4).
- Devono essere usati solo gli utensili autorizzati e descritti nelle istruzio-
ni d'uso o riportati nei cataloghi della Ditta Costruttrice. Non osservare

questi consigli significa operare con attrezzature insicure e potenzial-
mente pericolose.
- Le riparazioni devono essere effettuate da personale autorizzato
dalla Ditta Costruttrice. La Ditta Costruttrice è comunque a com-
pleta disposizione per assicurare un'immediata e accurata assi-
stenza tecnica e tutto ciò che può essere necessario per il buon
funzionamento e la massima resa del motovibratore.

Movimentazione e installazione

Il motovibratore può essere fornito privo di imballo o pallettizzato a
seconda del tipo e della dimensione.
Per la movimentazione del gruppo, se pallettizzato, usare un carrello
elevatore o transpallet a forche (Fig.4A-1), se privo d'imballo utilizzare
esclusivamente le staffe o i golfari di sollevamento (Fig. 4A-2).
Se il motovibratore deve subire un immagazzinaggio prolungato (fino a un
massimo di due anni), l'ambiente di stoccaggio deve essere a temperatura
ambiente non inferiore a + 5° C e con umidità relativa non superiore al 60%.
Nella movimentazione del gruppo prestare massima cura affinché
non sia assoggettato ad urti o vibrazioni onde evitare danneggia-
menti ai cuscinetti volventi.

- Only used approved and marked extension cables.
- Protect the cable against high temperatures, lubricants and sharp
edges. Never twist or knot the cable.
- Never allow children or unauthorized persons to touch the cable when
the plug is inserted.
- If installation of the motor-driven vibrator on a machine causes the
sound level estabilished by the laws in force in the country of use to be
exceeded, the operators must take adequate precautions by wearing
ear muffs, for example, in order to safeguard their hearing.
- Even though the motor-driven vibrators have been designed to func-
tion at a low operating temperature, their temperature may reach high
values in particularly hot places, this being caused by the environment
itself.
Always wait until the equipment has cooled before working on the
motor-driven vibrator (Fig. 4).
- Only use authorized tools as described in the instruction manual or the
Manufacturer's catalogues. Failure to comply with this regulation could
mean that the users work with unsafe and potentially dangerous
equipment.
- Repairs must only be made by persons authorized by the Manu-
facturer. The Manufacturer is, however, at your complete dis-
posal for immediate and accurate technical assistance and for
everything else as may be required to ensure the correct opera-
tion and maximum efficiency of the motor-driven vibrator.

Handling and installation

The motor-driven vibrator may be supplied without packing or palletized,
according to the type and size.
To handle the palletized unit, use a lift truck or forked transpallet (Fig. 4A-1). Only
use the lifting eyebolts or brackets if the unit is not packed (Fig. 4A-2).
If the motor-driven vibrator must be stored for a long period of time (up to
2 years at most), ensure that the storage area is at ambient temperature
(not less than +5°C) with a relative humidity of not more than 60%.
Take the greatest care to prevent impact or vibrations when handling
the unit. This will prevent damage to the rolling bearings.
