Fare attenzione al segnale di pericolo presente in questo opuscolo;
esso precede la segnalazione di un potenziale pericolo.

2.1 NORME GENERALI DI SICUREZZA

Nell'utilizzare attrezzature a funzionamento elettrico, è necessario
adottare le opportune precauzioni di sicurezza per ridurre il rischio
di incendio, scossa elettrica e lesioni alle persone. Prima di utilizzare
il motovibratore pertanto, leggere attentamente e memorizzare le
seguenti norme sulla sicurezza. Dopo la lettura, conservare con cura
il presente opuscolo.
- È severamente vietato utilizzare il motovibratore in ambienti saturi con
pericolo di esplosione.
- Mantenere pulita e in ordine la zona di lavoro. Aree e ambienti in
disordine favoriscono il verificarsi di incidenti.
- Prima di iniziare il lavoro, controllare la perfetta integrità del motovibratore
e della macchina stessa su cui è applicato. Controllare il regolare
funzionamento e che non vi siano elementi danneggiati o rotti. Le parti
che risultassero danneggiate o rotte devono essere riparate o sostituite
da personale competente e autorizzato.
- Riparare, o far riparare da personale non autorizzato dalla Ditta
Costruttrice, significa, oltre a perdere la garanzia, operare con attrez-
zature non sicure e potenzialmente pericolose.
- Non toccare il motovibratore durante il funzionamento.
- Qualsiasi tipo di verifica, controllo, pulizia, manutenzione, cambio e
sostituzione pezzi, deve essere effettuata con motovibratore e macchi-
na spenta con spina staccata dalla presa di corrente (Fig. 2).
- Si fa assoluto divieto di far toccare o far utilizzare il motovibratore a
bambini e a persone estranee, inesperte o non in buone condizioni di
salute.
- Verificare che l'impianto di alimentazione sia conforme alle norme.
- Nell'installazione assicurarsi che il cavo dell'alimentazione sia di tipo
molto flessibile ed assicurarsi che la messa a terra sia collegata (Fig. 3).
- Controllare che la presa di corrente sia idonea e a norma con interrut-
tore automatico di protezione incorporato.
- Un'eventuale prolunga del cavo elettrico deve avere spine/prese e
cavo con messa a terra come previsto dalle norme.
- Mai arrestare il motovibratore staccando la spina dalla presa di
corrente e non utilizzare il cavo per staccare la spina dalla presa.
- Controllare periodicamente l'integrità del cavo. Sostituirlo se non è
integro. Questa operazione deve essere eseguita solo da personale
competente e autorizzato.

Pay attention to the danger signs in this booklet. They precede an
indication of a potential danger.
2.1 GENERAL SAFETY SPECIFICATIONS
When electrically operated equipment is used, it is necessary to take
all the necessary safety precautions in order to reduce the risk of fire
outbreak, electric shocks and personal injuries. Before the motor-
driven vibrator is used, it is therefore essential to carefully read and
become fully familiar with the following safety regulations. Keep this
booklet in a safe place after it has been read.
- It is strikly forbidden to use converter in satured environments with
explosion risk.
- Keep the work area in a clean and orderly condition. Untidy areas and
environments encourage accidents.
- Nefore beginning work, check that the motor-driven vibrator and the
machine on which it is installed are in a perfect condition. Check that
operation is regular and that there are no damaged or broken parts. Any
parts as are damaged or broken must be repaired or replaced by
competent and authorized personnel.
- Repairs made by persons as have not been authorized by the Manu-
facturer shall void the guarantee. In this case, the user will also risk
operating with unsafe and potentially dangerous equipment.
- Never touch the motor-driven vibrator whilst it operates.
- Only proceed with inspections, checks, cleaning, maintenance and
replacement of parts when the motor-driven vibrator and machine are
off and with the plug removed from the current socket (Fig. 2).
- Children or unauthorized, inexpert persons or those in poor conditions
of health are forbidden to touch or use the motor-driven vibrator.
- Check that the electricity main complies with the standards in merit.
- When installing the equipment, check that the power cable is of a very
flexible type and ensure that the machine has been correctly grounded
(Fig. 3).
- Check that the current socket is suitable and that it conforms to the
standards in merit, with automatic switch and built-in protection.
- Any electric cable extensions must have plugs/sockets and cable with
ground connection as established by the standards in merit.
- Never stop the motor-driven vibrator by detaching the plug from the
current socket and never pull the cable to detach the plug from the
socket.
- Periodically check the condition of the cable. Replace it if it is damaged.
This operation may only be carried out by competent and authorized
personnel.
