Selection of inserts and socket tools

Use only inserts or socket tools whose shape and
design are suitable for the intended usage.

STAHLWILLE socket tools guarantee the cor-
rect lever length, possess the necessary accu-
racy of fit in all contact areas and have the
required material strength.

the maximum load bearing
capability of the inserts and
socket tools.

Make sure that maximum load bearing capability
of the inserts and socket tools is not exceeded.
This may be lower than the maximum permissible
torque of the torque wrench.

Make sure that the socket tools are secured
against pulling off by engaging the retaining pin.
