6 Troubleshooting
Display of control box faults,
Only original ACO spare parts are permissible in order to ensure that operation is safe and
free of faults,
For repairs and orders for spare parts: indicate the serial number and the article number,
section 2.4 "Product Identification (Name Plate)".

Cause(s)
Odour trap without an hydraulic
seal
Gaskets on the inspection doors

No power supply on control box

No supply of drinking water
(provided by the customer)
Back water from the outlet pipe.
High water level incorrectly set
Pump in the pumping system
damaged.
Remedy
Open the ball valve of the manual
filling unit (10)
For operation with controls (16):
Set "TrapSV open time" in the
menu, section 4.2.2
Replace gaskets
Re-establish power supply
(electrician)
Unlock the emergency-off switch
Reinstall drinking water supply
(provided by the customer)
Check or open the slide in the
outlet pipe.
Set "high water" in the menu,
sections 4.2.2 and 4.2.3
Check the pump in the pumping
system and replace if necessary
