4.4.3 Extension Stage 1
Disconnect the supply of waste water (1) or discontinue kitchen operations.

Connect the suction hose (suction vehicle) to the disposal pipe (2).
Î
Switch the suction pump on until the content of the tank has gone down by approx. a

quarter.
Crush layers of hardened fat in the tank.
Î
Switch on the suction pump (suction vehicle) and clean the tank.
Î
Switch on the suction pump (suction vehicle) and suction off dirty cleaning water.
Î
Switch off the suction pump (suction vehicle) and disconnect the suction hose from the
Î
inspection opening (2).
Fill at least 2/3 of the tank capacity with fresh water.
Î
Close the inspection door (5) and establish a supply of fresh water (1) and/or commence
Î
with operations in the kitchen.
4.4.4 Extension Stage 2 (No Disposal Pump)
Disconnect the supply of waste water (1) or discontinue kitchen operations.
Î
Connect the suction hose (suction vehicle) to the disposal pipe (2).
Î
Switch the suction pump on until the content of the tank has gone down by approx. a
Î
quarter.
Open the ball valve (10).
Î
Keep the HD pump (12) for cleaning the interior switched on for approx. 5 minutes.
Î
Keep the suction pump (suction vehicle) switched on until the content of the tank has
Î
been completely removed.
Keep the HD pump for cleaning the interior (12) switched on until the inside walls of the
Î
tank are free of deposits. Check through the inspection glass (15).
Keep the suction pump (suction vehicle) switched on until the content of the tank has
Î
been completely removed.
Disconnect the suction hose (suction vehicle) from disposal pipe (2).
Î
Close the ball valve (10) when at least 2/3 of the tank has been filled with fresh water.
Î
Establish a supply of waste water and/or discontinue with operating the kitchen.
