1.2 Intended Use

Greasy waste water puts pipe systems and drainage equipment at risk. Grease and oils
are deposited with other waste water components on the walls of pipes and can lead
to corrosion, blockages and bad smells. This is why the use of grease separators is
compulsory in the industrial and commercial sectors.
These include:
Hotels, restaurants, cafeterias and canteens
