WARNING
Risk of electric shock from live elements
Have the connection for the control unit connected by an electrician.
Some individual steps may be dropped, depending on the grease separator model:
Install a CEE socket for the overall control system.
Î
Install the remote control near the disposal connection so that it is safe from flooding.
Î
Have the customer install a connection cable from the control box (grease separator) to
Î
the remote control:
Permissible up to 50 m: cable (wire cross-section of 7 x 1.0 mm², no earthed
■
conductor).
Required from 50 m to 200 m: cable (wire cross-section of 7 x 1.5 mm², no earthed
■
conductor).
Connect a circuit breaker for the pneumatic box: Oil flex cable (wire cross-section of
Î
2 x 1.0 mm²) included with delivery.
Connect the smallest-size compressor/pneumatic box: oil flex cable (wire cross-section
Î
of 3 x 1.0 mm²) included with delivery.
Mount the hose connection between the smallest compressor and the measuring tube
Î
with hose clamps.
Set up an accumulative error message. The controls are all equipped with a voltage-free
Î
contact for transmitting an accumulative error message. Contact is made by way of a
two-way contact, with the electric circuits of the appliances to be connected electrically
isolated from one another. Flow diagram,
