4.4.5 Extension Stage 2 (with a disposal Pump)

Disconnect the supply of waste water (1) or discontinue kitchen operations.
Î
Connect the suction hose (suction vehicle) to the disposal pipe (2). Do not switch on the

suction pump yet.
Turn the key switch (controls) into
Î
Open the ball valve (10) within 20 seconds; failure to do so will show a fault.
Î
In order to confirm a fault: Press the
key switch again.
LED lights up: disposal/cleaning program starts:
Every time an LED
Î
until the LED no longer flashes.
LED lights up: disposal/cleaning program has been completed.
Disconnect the suction hose (suction vehicle) from the disposal pipe (2).
Î
Close the ball valve (10) when at least 2/3 of the tank has been filled with fresh water.
Î
Establish a supply of waste water and/or discontinue with operating the kitchen.

4.4.6 Extension Stage 3 (No disposal Pump)

Disconnect the supply of waste water (1) or discontinue kitchen operations.

Connect the suction hose (suction vehicle) to the disposal pipe (2).

Turn the key switch (controls) into
