CLEAN RADIATOR, ENGINE AND PUMP
COMPARTMENT (check daily)
Clean oil cooler and radiator to prevent overheating
of the hydraulic system and engine. Clean the
pump & engine compartment to prevent the build
up of debris that could become a fire hazard.
Clean the machine as follows using compressed
air. Do not use high pressure water as damage to
radiator and oil cooler might result.
1. Loosen (2) bolts Q on the bottom of the fuel
tank and pivot the access cover R to one side.
2. clean hood intake screen S
3. Remove and clean oil cooler filter T
4. Unlatch (2) latches U and allow the radiator to
pivot back until it hits stops
5. Clean Oil cooler W and radiator X.
6. Flush engine compartment from both ends
toward the center drain hole
7. Pivot access cover R over drain hole and
tighten (2) bolts Q
WARNING
Clean the pump & engine
compartment on a daily basis to
prevent the build up of debris that
could become a fire hazard.
