ASSEMBLY OF FRONT CUTTER DECK TO TRACTOR
NOTE: All references to right hand (RH) or left hand (LH) are with respect to the operator seated
on the tractor.
1. Start tractor and use implement lift to lower lift
arms A. Make sure both arms are down as far
as they will go.
2. Attach arms B and plates C to each lift arm.
Bolt as shown. Torque bolts to 195 ft-lbs.
3. Position arms in hanger brackets D, slide pins
through adjustment bracket to hold arms in
place.
4. Insert bolt O into ball joint, align the cutter
deck and when in position, insert the bolt into
the mounting nut and torque to 168 ft-lbs.
