5.1 - DIGITAL OVEN CONTROL PANEL (Fig. 1)
The following controls are positioned on the machine:
1. Display
All functions related to oven operation are shown on
the display, with alarms, settings etc.
2. Encoder push knob
This knob can be used to scroll settings on the dis-
play. Press it to select, edit and confirm settings.
3. Eco mode button (On/Off)
The economizer can be activated or deactivated only
when the oven is on. Activation is signalled by the
relative icon on the display coming on.
The economizer alternately turns the CEILING and
FLOOR heating elements on and off with an interval
of about 3 seconds (when the function is activated,
the FLOOR heating element will always turn off first).

4. Conveyor belt button (On/Off)
Pressing this button, the oven mesh conveyor belt is
enabled or disabled.
5. Power button (On/Off)
Press to supply or cut off voltage to the controls.
6. Encoder push knob
This knob can be used to scroll the settings on the
display. Press it to select, change and confirm a
value.
