 At all other times, power the device OFF using the power
switch and back ON (Figure 4, item 10)
The device should then automatically unlock the chamber
door.
 If the above are not successful, power OFF the device,
and follow section B5.3 for the manual door lock
override. Close the Chamber door before powering the
trophon EPR ON again.
 Refer to trophon Validated Probes list to confirm probe
compatibility with trophon EPR
 Contact your customer service representative.
 Record any error codes and colour of the indicator and
contact your customer service representative.
 Ensure that the probe is removed immediately after the
end of each cycle.
 The trophon EPR serial number can be located on the
back label of your device and also on the side label
above the power socket.
