(h) where the serial number or product label has been removed, changed, deleted or
made unrecognizable, or if the number or label is no longer clearly distinguishable for
other reasons beyond Nanosonics' control and therefore it is not possible to
conclusively identify the product.
This warranty applies to the trophon EPR only; the warranty does not cover the replacement
of used NanoNebulant or of parts which need periodic replacement during the life of the
product as a result of the ordinary use made of them, unless the item itself is defective.

Your Nanosonics customer service representative will make arrangements for the collection
and repair or replacement (as relevant) of your trophon EPR. You will be responsible for
uninstalling, reinstalling and recommissioning the trophon EPR, regardless of whether or not it
is found to be defective. We may require you to bear shipping costs if the trophon EPR is not
defective, or require you to bear repair and shipping costs if you are not entitled to the
benefit of this warranty.
We will repair or replace any defective trophon EPR at our discretion. If we are unable to do
so for any reason, we will discuss with you for an appropriate solution including upgrading
you to a newer model or refund the purchase price.
Please note that goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the
same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.

I understand and accept that the trophon EPR is warranted against defects in material
and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase, on the terms and conditions
set out above.
I also understand that the warranty will be void in certain circumstances, such as where
unauthorised modifications are made to the above product, or it is serviced by someone
other than Nanosonics' approved customer service personnel.
