From the ADVANCED → MANUAL menu you can force the inputs and outputs manually for test purposes. You can also
force activation of the single fan at the desired speed.
Using the LEFT and RIGHT keys, you can scroll through the different screens where you can force:
Analogue Inputs (TEST AI Screen)
Digital Inputs (TEST DI screen)
Analogue Outputs (TEST AO Screen)
Digital outputs (TEST DO screen)
On each screen, use the UP and DOWN keys to position the cursor at the input/output you want to force. The first
column shows the values at which the input/output is to be forced (numerals for analogue I/O, ON/OFF for digital
I/O), in the second column the force enables parameters (N = Forcing Disabled, S = Forcing Enabled).
Single fan speed (VENT MB TEST screen)
The Value parameter [%] represents the speed at which you want to rotate the forced fans. To force the single fan,
use the UP and DOWN keys to move the cursor to the fan that you want to operate and change the setting from Auto
to Man (manual).
Attention: at the end of the tests you want to perform, disable all forcing and return the fan operation to Auto
(automatic).
The other screens can be used to manually execute discharge, cleaning and washing commands. See section 9.1
Manual discharge, section 8.3 Cleaning the exchanger, section 8.4 Coil Wash.
In the following, the MODBUS logs for management of forcing: the Pd parameters enable forcing, the Pk parameters
contain the simulated values.
