Upon start of adjustment, ventilation will reach starting speed (PF21) and stay for the duration of startup time (PF22);
subsequently the modulation will start. In the case of startup time (PF22) equal to 0, the adjustment will start to
modulate from the ventilation point to the maximum value (fan speeds equal to PF19).
In units with wet resources, the neutral zone setting (0-100%) is subdivided according to parameters PR04 and PR05
and controls the relative resources:
Between 0% and PR04% of output ZN → Ventilation control

Between PR04% and PR05%/100% of output ZN → Single/First Wet Resource Control (adiabatic or spray
