4.7.1 Summary of the adjustment phases for the EMERITUS® configuration
The following images summarize the steps in activating the various devices in the case of exchanger with adiabatic
panels, sprays and tank for the recovery of sprayed water.
If only the adiabatic panels (fig.2) are active, EVaux is open and the adiabatic panels are supplied with mains water.
Since the first spray step (fig. 3) is activated, EVaux is closed and the panels are supplied with the water collected in
the tank. This is the water that has not evaporated on the exchange surface.
The active devices and the flow of water are indicated in red.
