2.3.1 Probe Types
The control probe type varies automatically according to the exchanger type: NTC temperature probe (10kΩ at 25°C)
for dry coolers and 4-20 mA pressure probe for condensers. The probe in use can be viewed at the PH19 read-only
parameter.
The type of additional probes/transducers, if present, is defined by the following parameters (factory set):
- Parameter PH21: supply water pressure probe for sprayers
- Parameter PH24: supply water pH probe for spray/adiabatic panel resources
- Parameter PH25: supply water conductivity probe for spray/adiabatic panel resources
- Parameter PH23: supply water flowmeter model for measuring flow rate for adiabatic panels
The full-scale of the condensing pressure and water pressure probes of the sprayers can be modified using the PH11
and PH13 parameters.
Attention: when replacing the pressure probes with probes having different full-scales, change the relative
parameters; on the other hand, do not modify the pressure probe full-scale parameters unless warranted by a real
full-scale change. Failure to comply with these instructions can lead to adjustment problems, blockage or poor
management of the spray system.
The transducer basepoints of pH and conductivity are factory set and correspond to PH14, PH15, PH16, PH17.
