Because heated air is circulamd evenly duoughout
the oven, f_)ods can be baked with excellent results
using multiple racks.
The mnount of time required for multi-rack
baldng may increase slighdy for sortie foods, but
overall time is saved because t_.voto three fillies as
much food is cooked at once. CooMes, muff:ins,
biscuits, and other quick breads gdve good results
with multi-lack baking.

When baking on 3 racks, divide tlle oven into
thirds by placing die offset rack in tile third (C)
rack position and die smdght racks in first (A) and
fourth (D) rack positions.
For two-rack baking, place tile offset rack ill the
bottom (A) rack position. Place tile straight rack in
tile third (C) rack position.
30" Ovens

second (g) position, one ill tile fourth (D)
position and one in tile sixth (F) position.
