How to set
the oven for
convection
roasting
when using
the probe

Place the rack (on 27" models use the of Iset
rack) in the lowest rack position (A). Insert the
probe into the meat.
Plug the probe into the outlet in the oven.
Make sure it is pushed all the way in.
Close the oven door.
3 Press the CONV ROAST pad.
4 Press the number pads to set the desired
oven temperature.
To change the oven temperature during the
Convection Roast cycle, press the CONV ROAST
pad and then press the number pads to set the
new desired temperature.
5 Press the PROBE pad.
6 Press the number pads to set the desired
internal meat temperature.
7 Press the START pad.
The d@play will flash "PROBE" and the oven conhol
will s_nal if the p_vbe is inserted into the out#t, and
you have not set a p_vbe tem[Jeratmv and p_ssed the
START pad.
_qlen the oven starts to heat, the word "LO"
will be in the display.
A_er the internal temperature of the meat
reaches 100°K the changing internal
temperature will be shown in the display.
8 When the internal temperature of the meat
reaches the number you have set, the probe
and the oven turn off and the oven control
signals. To stop the signal, press the
CLEAR/OFF pad. Use hot pads to remove
the probe fiom the food. Do not use tongs
to pull on it--they might damage it.
