Timed Convection Baking

Using the
timed
features for
convection
cooking

On double oven models, you can use timed
baking or roasting in one oven while using
self=clean in the other; you can also use
timed baking or roasting in both ovens
at the same time.

The oven will turr_ on immediately and cook jbr a
selected #r_g_th of time. At the end of the coohir_g"tim<
the oven will turr_ (_/ automatically.
Make sure the oven clock shows the correct
time of day.
Press the CONV BAKE/1 RACK pad
(Convection Bake 1-Rack mode) ff>r 1-rack
convection baking. This mode is used ff>r
cooking food items on only 1 rock in
convection bake.
Press the CONV BAKE/MULTI pad
(Convection Bake Multi mode) ff>r multi-rack
convection baking. This mode is used for
cooking food items on more than one rack
(i.e., 2, 3 or more racks) at the same time in
Convection Bake. See the Multi-rack
convection bahMg'secdon ff>r more
infbrmadon.
Press the CONV ROAST pad for convection
roasting.
2 Press the nmnber pads to set the desired
oven temperature.
3 Press the COOK TIME pad.
NOTE: l_),our _vcipewquims p_eheating; you may rwed
to add additional tim_ to the ler_g_h(_the cookMg tim_.
4 Press the number pads to set the desired
length of cooking dine. The minimum
cooking dine you can set is 1 minute.
The oven temperature that you set and the
cooking time that you entered will be in the
display.

WARM/PROOF pad or_ce.
5 Press the START pad.
The display shows the oven temperature that
you set and the cooking time countdown.
(The display starts changing once the
temperature reaches 100°E)

NOTE': On double oven model.s, when usMg both
ovens at the same tim< the times showMg in the
display will be jbr the last oven set. To display the
time set jbr the fi_st oven set, p_vss the COOK TIME
pad jbr that oven.
The oven will continue to cook fbr the
programmed amotmt of time, then shut off
automatically, unless the WARM feature was set.
Press the CLEAR/OFF pad to clear the
displa), if necessary. Remove the ff>od flom
the oven. Remember, even though the oven
shuts off automatically; food left in the oven
will c(mfinue cooking after the oven turns
O]:_'.
NOTE': gou will hear a _(tn while cooking with this
jbatmv. The jbr_ will o, cle or_ arid (_f while coohMg to
best distribute the hot ai_; and will stop when the door
is opened but the heat will not tu_r_ Off.
