SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS
BEFORE USING THE CHILD CAR SEAT, PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
AND KEEP THEM FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. Read these instructions carefully. Failure to follow
these instructions may imperil the child's safety.
• This product is a 360° rotating i-Size child car seat suitable for children between 40 and 150 cm
in height.
• Do not use this rear-facing child car seat on a passenger seat with an active airbag. If using it
on the front passenger seat, deactivate the airbag first!
• Do not use this child's car seat facing forwards before 15 months.
• The rigid components and plastic parts of the child restraint must be located and installed so
that they cannot, during normal use of the vehicle, become trapped under a movable seat or in
a car door.
• Keep all straps used to secure the restraint to the vehicle tightened properly and adjust the
straps used to restrain the child. Ensure the straps are not twisted.
• Make sure that the subabdominal straps are placed as low as possible to protect the pelvis
better.
• Replace the seat in the event of violent stress caused by an accident.
• It is dangerous to modify or add parts to the child's car seat without the approval of the com-
petent authority. Carefully follow the installation instructions provided by the child restraint man-
ufacturer.
• Do not leave the child's car seat exposed to direct sunlight to prevent the child from getting
burnt.
• Do not leave your child unattended in a child restraint.
• Make sure that the luggage and other objects that could cause injury to the occupant of the
child's car seat in the event of a collision are properly secured.
• Do not use the child restraint system without the upholstery.
• Do not replace the upholstery of the child car seat with any other than the one recommended
by the manufacturer, as this directly influences the performance of the restraint system.
• Do not use load-bearing contact points other than those described in the instructions and
marked on the restraint.
• Refer to the vehicle manual for installing the i-Size child car seat.
• The cushion and the depth reducer are suitable for children between 40 and 87 cm in height.
• Read these instructions carefully; your child's safety could be at stake if you do not follow them.
• Only use the child car seat on a forward-facing seat fitted with a 3-point retractable seat belt
and approved by ECE Regulation R16 or equivalent standard. DO NOT use a 2-point safety belt.
