Leg lifts: Jump up with hands on your waist and lift your left leg. Switch legs
each time you bounce.
This stage is to let your cardiovascular system and muscles wind down.
Repeat the warm up exercise, reduce your heart rate, and continue for
approximately 5 minutes. The stretching exercises should now be repeated.
Remember not to apply too much force and accidentally overstretch your
muscles. It is advisable to train at least three times a week, and if possible,
space your workouts evenly through the week. The more you exercise with
care, the higher the chances of getting fit.
