High bounces: Start with your feet, then move your hips wide apart and your
toes tilted down, landing back on your toes each time.
Jog in place: Raise your knees and swing your arms as you move.
Jumping Jacks: Raise your arms up and move your legs apart as you jump,
ensuring that your hands and legs return to their previous state when landing.
Twisting jumps: Jump up, twist your arms and upper body to the left while
keeping your hips and knees to the right. Change direction each time you take
