Alarms diagnostics
In case of machine anomalies or malfunctions, the control unit 8 {Fig.17 - 1/6} will show the alarm on the display as per the example indicated in the following image:
CONTROL UNIT ALARM DIAGNOSTICS LIST (ITALSEA 7CFX1050)
Alarm
Cause
Description
AL_1: GENERAL ► Memory error ► At switch-on, the parameter values are checked and compared with the respective minimums and maximums. If the value is
outside the respective range, the alarm is generated.
AL_2: GENERAL ► Key anomaly ► If the input on the key contact bounces (in the order of milliseconds), the board generates this anomaly.
The anomaly starts as soon as the key input goes to zero and is used to lock all functions and allows the board to save the status before the condensers are discharged.
If it switches on again before the condensers discharge, it remains in anomaly.
AL_3: GENERAL ► Undervoltage ► The anomaly intervenes in the following two cases: If the battery level reaches 0%, after relative fi ltering; If the battery voltage
drops below 15V, instantly.
AL_4: GENERAL ► Overvoltage ► The anomaly intervenes instantly if the battery voltage exceeds 35V.
AL_6: GENERAL ► Dashboard communication ► No communication with display or user interface.
AL_8: GENERAL ► Internal communication 1 ► Alarm displayed if the main micro (drive) cannot communicate with the function micro module.
AL_9: GENERAL ► Internal communication 2 ► Alarm displayed if the main micro (drive) cannot communicate with the actuator micro module.
AL_41: FUNCTION ► Overtemperature ► It activates when the temperature on the function power mosfets exceeds 90°C.
AL_42: FUNCTION ► Damaged power ► During the switch-on sequence, a series of tests are carried out to verify the correct operation of the mosfets and their
drivers. The sequence may not be exceeded even if the base confi guration is incorrect.
AL_43: FUNCTION ► Main fuse faulty ► At switch-on, check that the potential diff erence at the drive fuse ends is zero.
AL_44: FUNCTION ► Main contactor faulty ► Alarm generated if the main function relay does not close after the switch-on sequence (check).
AL_45: FUNCTION ► Main contactor faulty CC ► Alarm generated if the main function relay is already closed at switch-on.
AL_46: FUNCTION ► Brush output 1-2-3 overcurrent ► Check performed on hardware that intervenes in case of output short circuit, at about 300A for 10us.
AL_47: FUNCTION ► Brush output 1-2 overcurrent ► Check performed on hardware that intervenes in case of output short circuit, at about 100A for 10us.
AL_48: FUNCTION ► Water pump output overcurrent ► Check performed on hardware that intervenes in case of output short circuit, at about 40A for 10us.
AL_49: FUNCTION ► Brush output 1 ammeter ► Check performed on software that intervenes if the current read on the output remains above the Nominal Current
parameter for the time set in the Nominal Time parameter. If the current drops below the threshold, the time is instantly reset.
AL_50: FUNCTION ► Brush output 2 ammeter ► Check performed on software that intervenes if the current read on the output remains above the Nominal Current
parameter for the time set in the Nominal Time parameter. If the current drops below the threshold, the time is instantly reset.
AL_51: FUNCTION ► Brush output 3 ammeter ► Check performed on software that intervenes if the current read on the output remains above the Nominal Current
parameter for the time set in the Nominal Time parameter. If the current drops below the threshold, the time is instantly reset.
AL_52: FUNCTION ► Vacuum output 1 ammeter ► Check performed on software that intervenes if the current read on the output remains above the Nominal Cur-
rent parameter for the time set in the Nominal Time parameter. If the current drops below the threshold, the time is instantly reset.
AL_53: FUNCTION ► Vacuum output 2 ammeter ► Check performed on software that intervenes if the current read on the output remains above the Nominal Cur-
rent parameter for the time set in the Nominal Time parameter. If the current drops below the threshold, the time is instantly reset.
AL_54: FUNCTION ► Brush motor thermal switch ► Brush motor overheated, check cause and contact service assistance.
AL_60: FUNCTION ► Timeout actuator 1 ► Only with external limit switches, if the actuator doesn't reach the fi nal position within a preset time (disabled for this ma-
chine). Check the connections, electrical and mechanical conditions of the actuator. If no external causes are detected, this may indicate a faulty actuator pilot stage.
AL_61: FUNCTION ► Actuator 1 ammeter ► Check performed on software that intervenes if the current read on the output remains above the Nominal Current
parameter for the time set in the Nominal Time parameter. If the current drops below the threshold, the time is instantly reset.
AL_62: FUNCTION ► Actuator 1 overcurrent ► Check performed on hardware that intervenes in case of output short circuit, at about 40A for 10us.
AL_63: FUNCTION ► Incorrect limit switches actuator 1 ► Check the actuator limit switch status reading. The alarm is generated (if envisaged by the type of actuator
used) when at least two limit switches are detected as being simultaneously open. Check the quality of the connections, mechanical and electrical status of the limit
switches.
