MOVIMENTAZIONE
MACCHINA IMBALLATA
La macchina giunge imballata su pallet.
Il peso e le dimensioni sono riportate nelle CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE.
Le forche del carrello o del transpallet devono essere posizionate in modo che
il centro dell'imballo sia circa al centro delle forche stesse. Il collo deve essere
movimentato con estrema attenzione, evitando urti e di alzarlo ad altezze con-
siderevoli.
É vietato sovrapporre i colli fra loro.
INDICAZIONI PER
DISIMBALLARE LA MACCHINA
Lo sballaggio della macchina va eff ettuato con attenzione e delicatezza, rimuo-
vendo le staff e sulle ruote . A questo punto la macchina deve essere portata a
livello del suolo a mezzo di una rampa metallica o di legno adeguata al peso
della macchina.
MOVIMENTAZIONE
MACCHINA DISIMBALLATA
La macchina sballata, deve essere controllata e devono essere montate le batte-
rie se non già installate. Qualora debba essere movimentata dopo un utilizzo per
un breve trasporto staccare i cavi batterie e togliere spazzole e tergipavimento,
per un trasporto molto lungo é conveniente imballare nuovamente la macchina
sul pallet. Si fa presente che si può spostare la macchina a spinta per brevi tratti.
Vedere "SISTEMA AVANZAMENTO" - "Movimentazione manuale della macchina
quando non è possibile utilizzare la trazione" e "FRENATURA " Sblocco dell'elet-
trofreno".
SOLLEVAMENTO DELLA MACCHINA
Per il sollevamento, l'operazione deve essere fatta con mezzi omologati e di ade-
guata portata.
TRASPORTO DELLA MACCHINA
Qualora la macchina debba essere trasportata é IMPORTANTE:
•
Verifi care che i serbatoi soluzione (acqua pulita) e recupero (acqua spor-
ca) siano vuoti.
•
Sollevare le spazzole e il tergipavimento.
•
Premere il pulsante di carico 15 {fi g.4} per far salire la macchina sul mez-
zo di trasporto.
•
Fissare con apposite cinghie la macchina al mezzo di trasporto.
•
Rimuovere le spazzole.
•
Smontare lo squeegee.
•
Scollegare la batteria.
•
Frenare e fi ssare la macchina al mezzo di trasporto.
•
Coprire la macchina in caso di mezzo di trasporto scoperto.

Attenzione!
In caso di caricamento della macchina su mezzo di trasporto mediante
l'utilizzo di rampe, prestare attenzione alla PENDENZA e al punto CRITI-
CO come indicato nel fi gurino.

PACKAGED
MACHINE HANDLING
The machine comes packed on a pallet.
The weight and dimensions are given in the TECHNICAL DATA.
The forks of the truck or manual pallet truck must be positioned so that the cen-
tre of the package is approximately at the centre of the forks themselves. The
package must be handled with extreme care, avoiding impact and lifting to con-
siderable heights.
It is forbidden to stack the packs.
INSTRUCTIONS
FOR MACHINE UNPACKING
The machine must be unpacked carefully and gently, removing the brackets on
the wheels. At this point, the machine must be brought to ground level by a met-
al or wooden ramp, suitable for the weight of the machine.
UNPACKAGED
MACHINE HANDLING
The unpacked machine must be checked and the batteries must be assembled
if not already installed. Should it need to be handled after use for short distance
transportation, disconnect the battery cables and remove the brushes and
squeegee. For very long distance transportation, it is a good idea to repack the
machine on the pallet. Please note that the machine can be pushed to move it
short stretches. See "DRIVE SYSTEM" - "Manual handling of the machine when it is
not possible to use the drive" and "BRAKING" "Electric brake release".
LIFTING THE MACHINE
For lifting, the operation must be done with approved equipment with suitable
capacity.
TRANSPORTING THE MACHINE
Whenever the machine has to be transported, it is IMPORTANT to:
•
Verify that the solution tanks (clean water) and recovery tanks (dirty wa-
ter) are empty.
•
Lift the brushes and the squeegee.
•
Press the loading button 15 {fi g.4} to lift the machine onto the transport
vehicle.
•
Secure the machine to the transport vehicle using special straps.
•
Remove the brushes.
•
Disassemble the squeegee.
•
Disconnect the battery.
•
Brake and secure the machine to the transport vehicle.
•
Cover the machine if the transport vehicle is uncovered.

Attention!
When loading the machine onto a vehicle using ramps, pay attention to
the SLOPE and the CRITICAL point, as shown in the fi gure.
