About exit services
NOTE: You must be on a major motorway or road to use
Exit Services.
While you navigate a route, you can find petrol, food,
lodging and toilets near upcoming exits.
Services are listed under tabs by category.

Finding exit services

Select Where To? > Exit Services.

Use the arrows to select an upcoming exit.

Select an exit service tab.

Select a point of interest.
Navigating to an exit

> Where To? > Exit
From the map, select
Services.

Select an exit service.

Select Go!.
Using Find Ahead
When upcoming exits do not have needed services, you
can search farther ahead on your route.

While navigating a route, select Where To? >
Exit Services.

Select an exit service tab that does not have an
upcoming service match.

Select Find Ahead.

Avoiding road features

Select
> Routing > Avoidances.

Select the road features to avoid on your routes,
and select OK.
Custom avoidances
Custom avoidances allow you to avoid specific areas
and sections of road. You can enable and disable custom
avoidances as needed.
Avoiding an area

Select
> Routing > Custom Avoidances.

If necessary, select Add Avoidances.

Select Add Avoid Area.

Select the upper-left hand corner of the area to
avoid, and select Next.

Select the lower-right hand corner of the area to
avoid, and select Next.
The selected area is shaded on the map.

Select Done.
Avoiding a road

Select
> Routing > Custom Avoidances.

Select Add Avoid Road.

Select the starting point of the section of road to
avoid, and select Next.

Select the ending point of the road section, and
select Next.

Select Done.
Disabling a custom avoidance
You can disable a custom avoidance without deleting it.

Select
> Routing > Custom Avoidances.

Select an avoidance.

Select Edit > Disable.
Deleting custom avoidances

Select
> Routing > Custom Avoidances.

Select an option:
• To delete all custom avoidances, select
Delete > Select All > Delete > Yes.
• To delete one custom avoidance, select
Delete > the avoidance > Delete > Yes.
